NHS Lincolnshire has launched a review in its patient transport service and wants your feedback via a survey and a series of webinars.

The NHS wants to understand what Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) users want and need so they can shape them in the future. NEPTS currently provide transport to and from appointments and treatment. (To find out your healthcare transport options, click here)

If you or someone you care for has ever used this service, the NHS wants your feedback.

You can share your views right now by filling in the survey here before Wednesday, April 14th 2021.

In addition to the survey, you can also take part in one of three MS Teams webinars taking place over the next couple of weeks.
