Three ways to help your children through the next month of lockdown

With the news that schools won’t return to normal until at least March 8th, here are three ways you can help your children cope with these strange and stressful times.

  • Be curious about what’s causing your child to be anxious
  • Encourage children to keep in touch with their friends
  • Maintain a routine and organise the day ahead

The Anna Freud Centre (National Centre for Children and Families) has produced a video to help ease common stresses among young people experiencing lockdown.
