This information service sets out to help make your pregnancy safer. PregnancyHub supports with expert-led, empowering pregnancy information throughout your journey. The pregnancy line is available 9am–5pm, Mondays to Fridays on 0800 014 7800 or you can email midwife@tommys.org
PaNDAS Foundation
This service shares factually correct and responsible information about your perinatal mental health. If you’re struggling with low mood and anxiety or have concerns about your health during and beyond pregnancy, call the free helpline on 0808 1961 776, available from 11am to 10pm daily.

This service gives straight-talking advice for pregnant women via their website.
If you prefer app based information try Tinto
This social app matches likeminded mums for mutual support. Tinto gives advice that’s backed by science, is free and available from the App Store or Google Play.
