Current – Chief Executive Officer

Our current CEO is moving on and as a result HWLincs is looking to recruit the right person to manage and lead our charity. 

HWLincs is an established and well-respected charity, specialising in engagement and insight across many areas including, health, care, wellbeing, housing, and communities.

HWLincs has managed the successful Healthwatch Lincolnshire contract for over 10 years and has contracts with organisations such as the Care Quality Commission, NHS Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire County Council.

CEO role is a full-time position covering 36.5 hours per week, offering a commencing salary, dependent on experience, of between £54,000 and £60,000 per annum.
