HWLincs supported national organisation Healthwatch England in their undertaking of a project focused on the issue of unmet need in social care.

The work required the production of interviews and case studies from different sectors of the community, with consents obtained these would support the notational umbrella body Healthwatch England create greater evidence-based content.

The case studies showed real people who are not or not fully catered for (for whatever reason) by the current social care system, and the impact that this has on their lives.
