Drawing on research conducted as part of the project and working closely with yourselves, we will create and share job adverts with the hope that we will find the right people for the roles.
Recruitment is important but retention is equally vital.
We offer £500 to spend on saying thank you to current staff, and/or improving working conditions overall.
Whether that’s self care or improvements to the staff area, talk over ideas with us and we’ll make it happen.
Note, payment must be made by HWLincs before the end of June so don’t delay.
As part of our offering, we are providing the chance for your staff to develop professionally with a range of free awareness modules.

We will use a professional video company to create a unique recruitment video for your care home.
This will provide candidates a real insight into your care home, how it looks and through staff interviews, why it’s a good place to work.
A schedule will be provided ahead of our arrival.
Provided to applicants, this document will give essential information about your care home, the role and the positive aspects of the work.
We will work together to create the document ahead of the recruitment period.
A tailor-made job advert will be produced and HWLincs will use its professional networks, communication expertise and volunteer bank to ensure it has wide coverage during the recruitment period.
This will include a job description, the frequently asked questions document, link to the video and an invitation to a livestream Q&A with management, should you wish to take advantage of that offer.
HWLincs will set up and run an online livestreamed Q&A, allowing candidates to interact directly with management.
In order to make sure we are having the impact we need, we ask for care homes to share with us information of all beneficiaries, from applicants to staff members benefitting from the wellbeing cash boost.
We will discuss these during each process.
