HWLincs is a growing and dynamic charity that specialises in Engagement and Insight.
We engage with the public and the insights we gather are shared with the organisations that want or need to hear it.

We are proud to be the charity that has successfully delivered the Healthwatch Lincolnshire contact since 2013, and equally proud of our work for organisations such as the Care Quality Commission, NHS Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire County Council.

To help us with this success, HWLincs has a great and supportive board of trustees. But due to retirement of two long-standing trustees this year we are now on the lookout for new people to join the group.

So, what skills do you need to become a trustee?

We are always keen to bring in people with management, governance, finance, marketing and strategy skills. But we also want to hear from people with life skills and younger people who would like to use this as a great opportunity for personal development.
